摘要

  臺灣為提升海外華文師資素質,近年積極籌辦華語文教師返臺研習班。自2005年起,中原大學承辦了四期印尼地區華文教師研習課程,培訓教師計三百二十位。由於臺灣的教學機構對印尼華文教育所知有限,為了發展出適用於印尼地區的師資培訓課程,中原大學於研習過程中進行了數項調查、研究,隨後並將研究成果落實於課程。本文即描述三年來辦理研習的實務所得,並就未來辦理海外師資研習課程、篩選返臺研習教師機制提出具體建議。

Abstract

In order to enhance the quality of overseas programs of teaching Chinese as a foreign language great efforts have been made in Taiwan to host training workshops for teachers of Chinese as a foreign language from abroad. Chung Yuan Christian University has hosted 4 workshops for teachers from Indonesia since 2005. 320 teachers participated have been trained. Due to the lack of available research in Taiwan on the unique characteristics of Indonesia’s education system we conducted relevant research studies in order to provide the most appropriate training for the teachers who come to Chung Yuan Christian University. We applied our research findings to the design and implementation of our training programs. This article describes our accomplishments of the past three years. It deals with both theoretical and practical issues. We also offer some specific and concrete suggestions that other institutions may find useful for their training programs.
